Cast in either 14K gold, this hand-crafted ring is ornamented with a classic knotwork pattern. Weighing 0.24 - 0.28 ounces (7-8 g), it will be made to order in any size, with delivery taking 4 to 5 weeks.

When the Viking ships descended upon the Celtic settlements in the British Isles in the 9^th and 10^th centuries, they carried back with them to Scandinavia the artform of Celtic knotwork. While they developed their own versions of the intricate designs, the echoes of the Celtic influence are strong in this ornate pattern.
